Orders & Delivery

Once you have made your order, we will send you a confirmation through your nominated email address. If you don’t receive this email, please ensure you have made the order correctly. 

Once your order has been packed, you will receive notification by email that your order is complete. The shipping service will then send you an additional email once your order has been picked up and is on it’s way. 

We aim to have all orders dispatched within two working days of you placing your order. 

Delivery times are dependant on your location and our delivery service. The delivery service will give you an estimate delivery time by email once your order has been picked up.

We currently deliver to anywhere in Australia.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping. Orders over $100 receive complimentary shipping.

Our standard courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

If you require delivery to a PO Box, please note this may result in your order taking longer than two working days to be shipped.

All our orders are shipped with an authority to leave. If you don’t have somewhere safe for your order to be delivered, please contact us.

 

Please note, several of our products are prone to weather damage so we recommend that if you don’t have a safe place to leave your delivery out of the weather, you contact us to arrange a signature on delivery. 

Yes you will receive tracking information directly from the shipping company once your order has been picked up.

Yes you can, please contact us urgently on customerservice@kindandunwind.com.au to change the address.

If your order is a gift and you would like it delivered directly to your loved one, that is completely fine however the above delivery requirements still exist, in particular we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

We love to hear your feedback which is why we have an automated email that will be sent to you following the dispatch of your order. You will be given the opportunity to review the ordering process, the K&U website and the individual products you purchased. 

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. 

However, we are that confident that you will love your products that we have 30 day happiness guarantee. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase please email  customerservice@kindandunwind.com.au within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you either a refund, store credit or product exchange.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can request a cancellation. Please email customerservice@kindandunwind.com.au immediately.

 

If your order is already on the way, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.
